“Heroes & Villains: The Best & Worst of Corporate Speak”

To mark National Storytelling Week 2017, we’ve partnered with researchers at the University of Sussex Catalyst scheme, run out of the Sussex Innovation Centre. Our brief was simple: find the best and worst examples of corporate and brand language on English-speaking websites, and draw out some straightforward rules for writing better web copy. The result is our new report, “Heroes & Villains”.
