Timeout – the secret of human flying

In Douglas Adams’ classic, five-part Hitchhikers Guide ‘trilogy’, he inadvertently reveals the most important aspect of insightful thinking. And he does this through alien Ford Prefect’s prescription for flying. And this aspect – which also just happens to be the secret of insight – is timeout.
